1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PMProAce you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use PMProAce. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Rules

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share access with others.

4. Service Description

PMProAce provides AI-assisted PMP exam practice questions, explanations, and progress tracking. All content is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee exam success.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Gumroad as Merchant of Record. PMProAce never stores or handles payment card data. Pricing is displayed at checkout before any charge is made.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund on paid plans. Email legal@pmproace.com within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

7. Your Content & IP

You retain ownership of any content you submit to PMProAce. By submitting content you grant PMProAce a non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to improve and deliver the service.

8. AI Content Disclaimer

Explanations on PMProAce are AI-generated and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for exam preparation. Always verify important information against official PMI materials.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from PMProAce
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Resell or sublicence access to PMProAce
  • Use PMProAce content to train a competing AI model

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at legal@pmproace.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMProAce's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties will be submitted to binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PMProAce after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
