1. Overview

PMProAce takes your privacy seriously. We collect only the data needed to deliver the service and never sell your personal information to third parties.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: your email address and name (if provided at sign-up)
  • Usage data: questions answered, scores, and session activity
  • Payment data: transaction ID and plan purchased — card data is held exclusively by Gumroad
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device type collected via Vercel and PostHog

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Deliver and personalise your practice sessions
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, account notices) — no marketing emails without your consent
  • Improve the product through aggregated usage analytics

4. Third-Party Processors

Supabase

Database and authentication hosting. Your account data and progress are stored here.

Vercel

Web hosting and serverless compute. Processes request logs including IP addresses.

Anthropic / OpenRouter

AI explanation generation. Question text and your selected answers are sent to generate explanations. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.

Gumroad

Payment processing as Merchant of Record. Gumroad handles all card data under their own privacy policy.

PostHog

Product analytics. Data is anonymised where possible.

5. Cookies

PMProAce uses essential session cookies only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained while your account is active. On request following account closure, data is deleted within 90 days.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights email privacy@pmproace.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

PMProAce is not directed at users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes to this policy by email before they take effect.
